Monday evening President Donald Trump said that the travel restrictions, which applied to travelers trying to come to the United States after spending time in the Schengen area or Brazil, would no longer be needed on Jan. 26, the date on which those passengers will be required to present proof of a negative coronavirus test before boarding a flight.

However, it is expected that President-elect Joe Biden will revert back this measure and maintain the travel ban from the previously restricted areas.

Tomorrow President-elect Joe Biden will begin his four-year mandate and soon announce his action plan against COVID 19 for the United States.

We will update this post as soon as more information regarding the final measures are announced.
