This measure, as a Temporary Final Rule (TFL), arises from a context in which USCIS are fiscally and operationally impacted, situations exacerbated by the challenges brought on by the pandemic and an overwhelming increase in Employment Authorization Document (EAD) renewal applications; which also seeks to ensure that eligible noncitizens applicants have the opportunity to maintain their employment and provide crucial support to their families.
ARGENTINA: The government has published the Provision 1064/21 stating the following requirements to enter
• Immigration Electronic Sworn Statement to be filled out within 48hs prior boarding and will require to attach PCR result and vaccination certificate, then PRINT copy of the confirmation e-mail to board a flight (all passengers including children).

President Biden administration to offer Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to Venezuelans present in the US.
According to the White House, starting March 8, the US will offer temporary legal protection to an estimated 320,000 Venezuelans who came to the US after fleeing their country because of the economic and political situation.
President Trump ordered travel ban lift on Monday 18th, 2021.
Monday evening President Donald Trump said that the travel restrictions, which applied to travelers trying to come to the United States after spending time in the Schengen area or Brazil, would no longer be needed on Jan. 26, the date on which those passengers will be required to present proof of a negative coronavirus test before boarding a flight.

Ordinance No. 01/2020 was published on July 29th and brings greater flexibility in the entry of foreigners into Brazil, for another 30 days. Now, all foreigners are allowed, as long as they come by air and follow a few requirements.
Update from U.S Embassy in Madrid:
The U.S. Embassy in Madrid announced this morning a phased reopening starting July 20 of some of their visa services as well as the limited possibility to make visa appointments for those applicants who qualify for an exception to the COVID-19 Presidential Proclamations with imminent travel necessities.
